Lexus has been crowned the UK’s most reliable car brand in the 2025 Honest John Satisfaction Index, earning an impressive reliability score of 97.01%.
The annual survey, based on insights from over 6,000 HonestJohn.co.uk readers, evaluates key aspects of car ownership, including reliability, safety, comfort, practicality, performance, and running costs.
Lexus, Toyota’s luxury division, secured the top spot for reliability, followed by Tesla with 95.29% and Toyota in third with 94.65%. Honda and Skoda completed the top five, scoring 94.31% and 93.08%, respectively. The Lexus NX emerged as the most reliable model overall, ahead of the Skoda Karoq and Toyota Corolla.
For overall satisfaction, Tesla owners ranked highest with a score of 89.41%, surpassing Lexus at 86.32% and Porsche at 84.79%. Honda (84.70%) and Skoda (84.51%) rounded out the top five.
